Enhancing Compiler Support with GCC Integration
Fujitsu recently contributed a pivotal patch to the GCC Git repository, introducing the -mcpu=fujitsu-monaka
CPU target. While the current cost model is aligned with the Fujitsu A64FX, adjustments are anticipated in future updates.
The GCC patch confirms that the FUJITSU-MONAKA CPU will leverage the Armv9.3-A architecture, featuring advanced extensions that enhance computational capabilities.
