For the first time, cash discounts and exchange incentives of up to Rs30,000 have been included in the perks package for customers opting for the sportier Venue N Line model of Hyundai’s small SUV. It has a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that produces 120 horsepower. It also has some minor technical and design improvements over the regular model. The price of Venue N Line ranges from Rs12.10 lakh to Rs13.85 lakh.

There are benefits of up to Rs30,000 for the regular Venue dual-clutch option and Rs35,000 for the turbo-petrol manual variant. Benefits of up to Rs26,000 are being offered this month for the Venue, which comes only with a 5-speed manual and has a 1.2-litre, 83hp petrol engine.
There is no discount available on Venue Diesel. The KIA SONET (Rs8 lakh-Rs15.75 lakh), TATA NEXON (Rs8.16 lakh-Rs15.80 lakh), and MAHINDRA XUV300 (soon XUV 3XO) are the rivals for the Venue (Rs7.94 lakh-Rs13.49 lakh). which is good enough to avail this offer.

Hyundai’s three-row Creta-based SUV, Alcazar, is going to get a facelift in the next few weeks and is eligible for a cash discount and exchange bonus of up to Rs55,000 on petrol and diesel versions this month. Priced between Rs16.79 lakh and Rs21.27 lakh, rivals like the TATA SAFARI (Rs16.19 lakh-27.34 lakh) and MG HECTOR Plus (Rs17 lakh-22.68 lakh) come in six- and seven-seat versions. Customers have a great choice between a 116hp, 1.5-litre diesel with manual and torque converter options or a 160hp, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol with manual and dual-clutch auto.

Both come with a 6-speed automatic transmission as standard, although only the diesel has AWD available as an option. The VW TIGUAN (Rs35.17 lakh) and JEEP COMPASS (Rs20.69 lakh-Rs32.29 lakh) are the current competitors of the TUCSON.
